A villa with 3 bedrooms and a total of 4 beds, 1 sofa pull out bed, and 1 large couch. Full kitchen, laundry room and grill. There is a separate guest house called the boat house that for an additional fee you can rent out if it is available. The guest house has 1 private bedroom, 2 sofa beds with 2 full baths, laundry, and full kitchen as well.

This villa has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It also has walking access to the pristine Ocotal beach. There is a great snorkel spot toward the end of the beach! Guests have access to all areas of main house, and grill access.
